UNM-5 Machine for winding and assembling of flypapers.

APPLICATION.

The UNM -5 machine is designed to automatic wind and assembly flypapers.

Flypaper production process

  1. Unwinding of paper film for flypaper scroll electric motors
  2. Pulling of paper film under smearing head for required length from 750 mm to 950 mm
  3. Cutting of paper film perforation
  4. Gluing of polypropylene ribbon
  5. Unwinding of polypropylene ribbon
  6. Feeding of polypropylene ribbon on paper film
  7. Folding of paper film end
  8. Pulling of paper film with applied glue to winding system
  9. Smearing of the inside of paper sleeve with glue
  10. Winding
  11. Pulling of scroll into paper sleeve
  12. Rotation of assembling wheel
  13. Closing of paper sleeve with upper and lower cap
  14. Feeding and driving of drawing pin in cap
  15. Removing of finished flypaper.
